With the orthomove® 3D form system, the shape is created by direct thermal adjustment to the foot of the wearer. This system was created through permanent cooperation in development with physicians, athletes and orthopaedists. The basis for the orthomove® 3D Form insole system is a thermoplastically deformable high-tech plastic, which is arranged in several anatomical construction levels and enables the best possible support for the natural flow of movement.

Support and Flex Zones

Various strengths and material thicknesses ensure on the one hand that the foot receives support where it is really needed. On the other hand, so-called flex zones are created to relieve the wearer's foot or to guide it gently and to give the bones and muscles enough space.

High-Tech Attenuation

This type of insole is rounded off by the use of appropriate cover materials and partial high-tech cushioning made of PORON®-XRD. These can also be kept extremely thin with exact molding. This has made it possible to achieve maximum stability and maximum pressure distribution and this with an extremely thin basic construction with low weight.
